Construction Industry General Practitioner Registration
Register as an individual professional or technical personnel in the construction industry. Your registration is based on your academic qualifications and experience, in accordance with the Practitioner Regulation (2019/R-1010).
Reporting of Dangerous Buildings

Construction Industry Structural / Architectural Checker Registration
Register as an Architectural or Structural Checker to be permitted to review and stamp drawings for Drawing Approval Permits. Your registration is based on your academic qualifications and experience, as specified in the Construction Industry Practitioners Regulation (2019/R-1010).
Project License
You’ll need a Project Licence to start project work under the Construction Contractor Regulation (2019/R-1019). This licence is essential for obtaining quotas for specific projects and is mandatory for certain large-scale or structural works.
