Foreign Company Re-registration
For foreign companies already operating in the Maldives to renew or re-register their registration with the Registrar of Companies, keeping their legal status and operating permissions current.
Name Reservation
Reserve a proposed business name before registration. Individuals and entities can secure an approved name for 14 days; the reservation's expiry date is shown on the application.
Company Share Transfer & Share Charge
Record the transfer of company shares between parties, or register a charge (security interest) over shares, and update the company's shareholding records accordingly.
Request to Convene Company EGM
Request the Registrar of Companies to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of a company, for matters requiring shareholder resolution outside the AGM cycle.
