This service is for the registration of individual professionals and technical personnel in the construction industry. The registration is based on academic qualification and experience (where applicable) as per Practitioner Regulation 2019/R-1010.

The academic qualification and experience of the applicant should meet the criteria specified on the Construction Industry Practitioners Regulation (2019/R-1010).

Accredited copy of educational certificates
Attested transcripts
Support documents for experience (details of the work carried out should be listed together with the duration, date and a clear indication of the applicant's role)
After you apply
After successful submission, a notification will be sent to your email and phone.
You can check the status of the request from the “My Applications” tab.
Once the application is processed, the building inspector registration certificate will be issued via email.
Registration Fee of MVR 100 per category.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive a notification via email and phone to make the payment for the service.
You can see the payment prompt under “My Applications”. Clicking this will redirect you to the BandeyriPay portal where you will be able to make the payment
All duly completed applications will be processed within 10 business days.

Some of my information has changed since my registration was issued. Within how many days should I inform the Ministry?
Any change in the information that occurs after your registration should be informed to the Ministry within 21 days to avoid penalties
I am a foreigner. Can I apply for this registration?
According to Construction Industry Practitioners Regulation (2019/R-1010), a foreigner can register only if they are spouses of a Maldivian.
