Guide to Register Share Charge

Description

This service can be used to register a share charge of a partnership.

Eligibility

  • An authorized person appointed to use the portal on behalf of the entity can submit the application.

How to apply

  • You can apply using an Efaas account

  • Logging into your own account will direct you to the oneGov homepage.

Documents required 

  • Resolution passed by the partners 

  • Executed agreement stating details of share charge 

After you apply

  • After successful submission, a notification will be sent to your email and phone. 

  • You can check the status of the request from the “My Applications” tab.  

  • Once the application is processed, your Share Charge Registration will be issued via email.

Estimated time frame

  • All duly completed applications will be processed within 2 business days.

Guide to De-register Share Charge

Description

This service can be used to de-register a share charge of a Partnership.

Eligibility

  • An authorized person appointed to use the portal on behalf of the entity can submit the application.

How to apply

  • You can apply using an Efaas account.

  • Logging into your own account will direct you to the oneGov homepage.

Documents required 

  • Letter and/or partners resolution requesting to de-register share charge 

  • Executed agreement stating details of share charge 

  • Additional supporting documents: a letter from the bank or pledgee stating no objection to de-register share charge

After you apply

  • After successful submission, a notification will be sent to your email and phone. 

  • You can check the status of the request from the “My Applications” tab.  

  • Once the application is processed, your Share Charge Registration will be issued via email.

Who has the authority to represent (to make applications/requests, etc.) on behalf of the partnership within the portal?

By default, the Managing Partner is authorized to apply for services on behalf of the company. The Managing Partner may delegate this role to any party.
