Foreign Company Registration

This service enables foreign companies to re-register with the Ministry of Economic Development, Transport and Trade in accordance with the Foreign Companies Re-Registration Regulation (Regulation No. 2024/R-100). The service covers re-registration and de-registration, as well as the submission, recording, and updating of constitutional documents, shareholders, directors, Legal Representative Agent for the Maldives, significant beneficial owners, contact information, and financial statements.
