Item Donation Approval

The Fuvahmulah' City Council is an independent and autonomous body that derives its legal authority from the Decentralisation Act (Law no. 7/2010) of the Maldives. Empowered to own property and to incur liabilities, the Council has devolved powers of self-governance and decision making, as well as financial autonomy. The council is responsible to plan and develop the city and ensure that the services required by the Decentralization Act are provided to the citizens of the Atoll.

ފުވައްމުލަކު ސިޓީ ކައުންސިލަކީ ޤާނޫން ނަންބަރ 7/2010 ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އިދާރީ ދާއިރާތައް ލާމަރުކަޒީ އުޞޫލުން ހިންގުމުގެ ޤާނޫންގެ ދަށުން އުފެދިފައިވާ ވަކި ސިއްކައެއްގެ ދަށުން ދަޢުވާކުރުމާއި ދަޢުވާ ލިބިގަތުމުގެ ބާރުލިބިފައިވާ ޤާނޫނީ ޝަޚުސެކެވެ. 3 ކައުންސިލަރުންގެ މައްޗަށް އެކުލެވިގެންވާ މިކައުންސިލްގައި ހިމެނެނީ މިސިޓީގެ ކޮންމެ އިންތިޚާބީ ދާއިރާއަކުން އެއް މެމްބަރެވެ. އެއީ ފުވައްމުލަކު އުތުރުދާއިރާ، މެދު ދާއިރާ އަދި ދެކުނު ދާއިރާއެވެ.
