What is eFaas and how can I create an eFaas account?
eFaas is the most common account used by individuals for transactions with various e-Government services online. Any Maldivian with a valid National ID Card can use eFaas to login. To create an eFaas account, sign up at http://efaas.egov.mv/Account/Verify or alternatively, visit http://efaas.egov.mv/ and click to create an account. Enter your ID card details. The serial number of your ID card can be found on the back of the card. If you have an existing account, you can sign in directly. What is BanderyiPay and how does it work?
BandeyriPay is the portal for making online payments to government agencies. To make payments with BandeyriPay, follow the link: https://bandeyripay.finance.gov.mv/ and select the agency to make the payment for (Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure). Select the service for which you wish to make the payment. Then fill in the reference number field with the number you have received along with the first payment notification. Fill in the remaining personal details and proceed with making the online payment via BML mPOS.
What are the actions that can cause penalties?
If the guidelines are not followed, a duration of 1 month will be allowed to make any changes or rectifications required. Failure to follow regulations even after the duration allowed after the warning, would result in cancellation of the association's registration. A notice will be issued with a duration for the company to re-register, after making the mentioned rectifications.

Yes, this registry is a permanent one.
If the association is to conduct activities overseas after registration, what are the necessary things to be done?
Within a timeframe of 30 days after the activities are over, the ministry must be updated about information regarding the nature of activities carried out. This also includes activities conducted by the association with a third party company. In such cases, information about both parties must be disclosed to the ministry.
