Eligibility

All submissions should be made by the Head-Lessee, Sub-Lessee, or Assignee through delegation.

Before you Start

Please ensure that the following service(s) are completed before proceeding with your application:

How to Apply

• You can apply using an Efaas account.

• Logging into your own account will direct you to the oneGov homepage.

Documents Required

• Master Plan (autoCAD)

• Master Plan(PDF)

• Built up area calculation sheet (for all structures)

• Master plan evaluation form (filled, signed and stamped)

• Demolition plan (required if any demolition work is planned).

• Project Brief

After you Apply

• After successful submission, a notification will be sent to your email and phone. 

• You can check the status of the request from the “My Applications” tab.  

• Once the application is processed,  an approval letter and stamped drawings will be issued.

Estimated Time Frame

All duly completed applications will be processed within 14 days.

After Service Completion

After completion, you can proceed to apply for the Fire Drawing Approval Service.
