This service can be used to obtain approval for conceptual drawings (master plan) of land (island/lagoon/plot of lands) designated for tourism purposes.

All submissions should be made by the Head-Lessee, Sub-Lessee, or Assignee through delegation.

Work Plan Approval
You can apply using an Efaas account.
Logging into your own account will direct you to the oneGov homepage.
Master Plan (autoCAD)
Master Plan(PDF)
Built up area calculation sheet (for all structures)
Master plan evaluation form (filled, signed and stamped)
Demolition plan (required if any demolition work is planned).
Project Brief
After successful submission, a notification will be sent to your email and phone.
You can check the status of the request from the “My Applications” tab.
Once the application is processed, an approval letter and stamped drawings will be issued.
All duly completed applications will be processed within 14 days.
After completion, you can proceed to apply for the Fire Drawing Approval Service.
What is eFaas and how can I create an eFaas account?
eFaas is the most common account used by individuals for transactions with various e-Government services online. Any Maldivian with a valid National ID Card can use eFaas to login. To create an eFaas account, sign up at http://efaas.egov.mv/Account/Verify or alternatively, visit http://efaas.egov.mv/ and click to create an account. Enter your ID card details. The serial number of your ID card can be found on the back of the card. If you have an existing account, you can sign in directly.
