You can apply for a permit extension 3 days before the due date. Additionally, if it is concerning the same location, you can apply for an extension as long as it does not exceed 6 months from the latest permit’s due date.
When do I need a No-Objection Letter from the proponent?
You will not need to submit this document if you are the proponent yourself and seek a dewatering licence. However, if you are a contractor working on behalf of another party, you will need to obtain this letter.
Who are the relevant authorities that I need a No-Objection letter from?
You will need a No-Objection letter from local councils or Urbanco, depending on where your project is located.
When do you need a Site Engineer Statement?
