Any individual or organisation with a valid Vegetation Clearance Permit.

Logging into your own account will direct you to the oneGov homepage.

After successful submission, a notification will be sent to your email and phone.
You can check the status of the request from the history tab.
Once the application is approved, the status will change to “Approved”.
Should the status of your application be changed to “Cancelled”, you will receive a notification along with the remarks via email and phone.
Once the application is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
All duly completed submissions will be processed within 3 working days.
Who is responsible for submitting the report?
The person responsible for submitting the report is the project proponent. That is, the individual to whom the permit is issued.
Should the report be submitted if no vegetation removal work is done?
Yes, you will need to submit a report every week, regardless of the progress. You can simply indicate that no units of vegetation were removed in that time.
How often do you have to send the report?
The report needs to be sent on a weekly basis once the permit is issued. The deadline for submissions is by 2am, every Thursday.
