A PDF and DWG format file of the Existing Island Plan.

A PDF and DWG format file of the Tree Survey Map.

A PDF and DWG format file of Potential Reclamation Area, if applicable.

An implementation plan for the next 5 years.

A letter that conveys that the person is authorized to apply on behalf of the council.

After successful submission, a notification will be sent to your email and phone. 

You can check the status of the request from the history tab.

Once the application is approved, the status will change to “Approved”.

Should the status of your application be changed to “Cancelled”, you will receive a notification along with the remarks via email and phone.

Once the application is processed, the Land Use Permit Approval Letter and Stamped Land Use Plan Drawing will be issued via email. 

All duly completed applications will be processed within 10 working days.
