This service can be used to register a new worksite for quota and work permit related purposes. Worksite refers to the location/place/vessel at which a specific activity is being carried out for which a quota is issued and where work permit holders are allowed to work.
The applicant should have all required permits/documents for the work type.

Work Site Declaration Form for Quota Application - Notarization OR; Work Site declaration form for quota application - Civil Court or Magistrate court registration
Pictures of work site: required pictures (interior, exterior and nameboard) will be specified within the request based on the work type.
Pension registration certificate
Relevant permits, licences and documents (based on work type for which site is being registered)
Project Agreement Form For Expatriate Employment Quota Application (based on work type or if the work is carried out as a project/under an agreement)
Note: Documents required will differ based on selected work type.The full list will be available from the portal once you select the work type.
After successful submission a notification will be sent to your email and phone.
You can check the status of the request from the history tab.
Once the application is approved the status will change to “Approved”. You may now proceed to link to a quota pool or apply for the new quota pool.
Should the status of your application be changed to “Incomplete”, you will receive a notification along with the remarks via email and phone.
Should the status of your application be changed to “pending inspection”, you will receive a notification along with the remarks via email and phone. The inspection team will contact to carry out the required inspection of the worksite.
All duly completed applications will be processed within 3 business days.
If any additional verification is required for the submitted documents, the application may take longer than the standard time frame.
This service can be used to update the attributes of an existing worksite. Site attributes are the various information collected for a specific site, for quota issuance purposes based on the selected work type. This may come in the form of a yes or no question or providing a numerical value (whole number or decimal value).
The applicant should have a registered worksite in active status.
“Update site permits” request should be approved before requesting to update attributes (if applicable)

This service can be used to update the permits and/or declaration of an existing worksite. This service excludes sites with the old address site type.
The applicant should have a registered worksite.

This service can be used to update documents (permits, licenses, declarations, pictures etc.) uploaded under issued sites (only old address site types). Worksite refers to the location/place/vessel at which a specific activity is being carried out, for which a quota is issued and where work permit holders are allowed to work.
The employer should have a registered worksite under the site type “old address”.
The applicant should have all required permits/documents for the work type.

If previously submitted worksite declaration form has passed one year duration, submit either:
Pictures of the work site (if required to update).
Pension registration certificate (if previously not provided).
Relevant permits, licenses and documents (based on work type for which site was registered).
Project Agreement Form For Expatriate Employment Quota Application (based on work type or if the work is carried out as a project/under an agreement).
Note: Documents required for the request will differ based on the documents that are required to update.

This service can be used by employers to request a change in the status of an existing worksite.
The applicant should have a registered worksite.
The applicant should have all required permits/documents for the work type.

Once the application is approved the status will change to “Approved” and the site state will be updated.

If any additional verification is required, the application may take longer than the standard time frame.
This service can be used by employers to request a change in the address of an existing worksite. This service is applicable only for worksites that have an “Old Address” as their site type. You will be required to register as a new site, if the address changes. Employers must request to change the state of the current site to “site clearance” state before applying for a new site registration under the same name & activity.
The employer must have a registered worksite under the site type “old address”
Employers are required to have all permits and licenses for the new site, obtained from the relevant authorities

Letter/application remarks specifying/ requesting to change address of the site.
○ If submitting a letter must include
■ Current site name, address and registration number (ST number)
■ Requested site address and name
■ Employer’s name and registration number
■ Employer’s signature
■ Date of signature
○ If using application remark to specify address change, specify new location or address in application remark
● Updated Worksite declaration form and any other required permits based on the worktype
● Pictures of the site (new address):
○ Interior:
■ Must show the work activity that are being carried out in the work site
○ Exterior
■ Must be an outside picture of the requested site with the nameboard. The picture should be taken from a wide angle.
○ Nameboard
■ Must be attached and made of a permanent material

Once the application is approved the status will change to “Approved” and the site state will be updated.
The application takes 3 working days to be processed.

Why do i need to apply for a new work site registration for site types other than “Old Address”, if only the work site address is changed?
This is because the Permits, Attributes and Declarations will change and be required to be set by the employer with the change in worksite address. Hence, a new work site need to be registered.
