To deactivate Xpat account relation, withdrawing authority of individuals or representatives in managing employer permits within the system.

Description

This service can be used to submit a request for an Xpat account relation deactivation for individual accounts. Deactivating a relation will remove the authority given to the individual or a representative to act on behalf of the employer to manage the employer permits within the Xpat system. 

Before you start

Please ensure that the following service(s) are completed before proceeding with your application.

  • Company Xpat Account Relation Activation

Eligibility

  • The representative and the employer (or the represented party) should have a verified Efaas account.

  • Both parties (representative and the represented party) should have an approved and active Xpat account.

  • The applicant should be:

    • An employment agency, OR

    • A Maldivian employee of the employer, OR

    • A Maldivian Individual

How to apply

  • You can apply using an Efaas account.

  • Logging into your own account will direct you to the oneGov homepage.

Documents required 

After you apply

  • After successful submission a notification will be sent to your email and phone.

  • You can check the status of the request from the “My Applications” tab.

  • Once the application is approved, the status of the application will change to “Completed”, and the representative/s will no longer be able to transact on behalf of the party represented, within the Xpat system.

Estimated time frame

  • All duly completed applications will be processed within 3 business days.

  • If any additional verification is required, the application may take longer than the standard time frame.

Description

This service allows representatives to submit a request for the deactivation of an Xpat account relation. By using this service, representatives can deactivate the Xpat relationship with the employer within the Xpat system. Once the deactivation is completed, the representative will no longer have the authority to act on behalf of the employer or manage the employer's permits within the Xpat system. 

Before you start

  • Please ensure that you have completed the Xpat User Registration & Verification services before proceeding with your application.

Eligibility 

  • The representative and the employer (or the represented party) should have a verified eFaas account.

  • Both parties (representative and represented party) should have an approved and active Xpat account.

  • The applicant should be an employment agency OR a Maldivian employee of the employer OR a Maldivian individual.

How to Apply

  • Log into your eFaas account.

  • Logging into your own account will direct you to the oneGov homepage.

Documents Required

After you apply

  • After successful submission, a notification will be sent to your email and phone. 

  • You can check the status of the request from the My Applications tab.

  • Once the application is approved, the status will change to “Approved”.

  • Should the status of your application be changed to “Cancelled”, you will receive a notification along with the remarks via email and phone.

  • Once the application is processed, the permit will be issued via email.
