Both parties (representative and the represented party) should have an approved and active Xpat account.

By using this service, representatives can deactivate the Xpat relationship with the employer within the Xpat system. Once the deactivation is completed, the representative will no longer have the authority to act on behalf of the employer or manage the employer's permits within the Xpat system.
